Our Products
*Safe and suitable for human consumption
*Free from irregular flavours, odours, living insects and mites
*Free from filth (impurities of animal origin, including dead insects) in amounts which may represent hazard to human health
*Moisture Content 13% m/m (max). Lower moisture limits are required for certain destinations in relation to the climate, duration of transport and storage
*The total hydroponic acid content of edible cassava (product) does not exceed 10mg/kg

Packaging
Our packaging materials are; polyethylene bags for small unit packaging and polyethylene-lined polypropylene sacks for the larger sized packages
Packing is done soon after sufficiently cooling of the products because packing in moisture impermeable bags before adequate cooling (and moisture loss) or too late after the products has re-absorbed moisture will significantly reduce the shelf life of the products
Our products are properly packaged under the above conditions, which guarantees a shelf life for at least a year, as long as the polyethylene lining in the package is not broken. Without the polyethylene lining the product absorbs moisture, loses its crispiness, and is prone to mold growth
Our Packaged products should be stored in well ventilated rooms
